Forgot Password

Users can click the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the iPaaS Log In page and reset their PeopleFluent password when they:

  1. Forget their PeopleFluent password
  2. Lock their iPaaS account because of too many unsuccessful login attempts
  3. Note: The Forgot Password link is used to reset your PeopleFluent password and not your company network password. If you have any questions regarding your company network password, please contact your company’s designated System Administrator.


If you have not created your security questions, the “Please contact your administrator.” message appears and you will not be able to use the Forgot Password feature.  

To reset your password

  1. From the iPaaS Log In page, type your Username and company Key. System users will type @system for their domain. All other users associated with a specific customer will type their customer's domain.

  2. Click the Next button. The Password field appears.

  3. Click the Forgot Password link. The Forgot Password page appears with two of the three possible security questions.

  1. Type the correct answer for each security question into the corresponding Answer field.

  1. Click Submit.

After three failed answer attempts in a row, the following message displays: “You have entered too many incorrect answers. Please contact your administrator.”  You must contact your administrator to unlock your account and to help you reset your password.

  1. Enter a New Password that contains between 8 and 128 characters. Passwords are required to meet the password strength criteria. Click the ‘?’ button to the right of the New Password field for more details.

  2. Retype your new password in the Confirm New Password field.

  3. Click Submit. If both password match and satisfy the password strength criteria, you will be redirected to the Log In page. You can now log in using your new password.
